2. The consent terms are in order and in accordance with law. The undertakings mentioned in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court. Both the parties as well as their respective Advocates appended their signatures on the consent terms in my presence. The parties confirm, on inquiry, that they have signed it on their own free will and volition.
3. A softy copy of the Consent terms shall be uploaded as a second order in the matter. The Registry is to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on file as a part of the Record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course.
4. Both the matters stand disposed of in terms of consent terms.
