4. Registry is directed to delete the Civil Revision Application No.589 of 2023 from its record and show it as withdrawn / disposed with liberty to the Applicant to approach the Registry and renumber

the present Civil Revision Application as Appeal from Order. Applicant is permitted to carry out the requisite amendment to the Civil Revision Application filed which shall be carried out within a one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with.
5. Registry shall give fresh Appeal from Order number according to its record and procedure in accordance with law and list the Appeal from Order before the appropriate Bench within a period of one week thereafter.
6. Civil Revision Application No.589 of 2023 is allowed to withdrawn as aforesaid.
7. Civil Revision Application No.589 of 2023 is disposed.
