This matter is placed by Office for speaking to the minutes of Order dt. 19/07/2024. In this Order Typographical error was occurred i.e. in the second sentence of last paragraph, respondent nos. 2 to 4 were excluded and the sentence “respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are minor” should be included after last sentence of first paragraph.
The last sentence of first paragraph of order dt. 19/07/2024 was inadvertently typed as,
“However, despite of granting four weeks time, the Advocate for the Applicant has not supplied copies for issuing Notices to
the respondent nos. 1 and 5 to 7.”
Instead of typing,
“However, despite of granting four weeks time, the Advocate for the Applicant has not supplied copies for issuing Notices to the respondent nos. 1 and 5 to 7 (respondent nos. 2 to 4 are minor).”
AND
The second sentence of last paragraph of order dt. 19/07/2024 was inadvertently typed as,
“On failure, the interim Application would stand dismissed against respondent nos. 1 and 5 to 7 without further reference to the Court of Registrar”
Instead of typing,
“On failure, the interim Application would stand dismissed against respondent nos. 1 to 7 without further reference to the Court of Registrar”.
