Advocates before the learned Mediator. The petitioner has joined through video conference. Respondent is present in person. The parties agree the correctness of the terms and conditions recorded in the consent terms as well as their signatures. Parties are identified by their respective Advocates.

The consent terms dated 21^st September 2024 are taken on record and marked “X” with today’s date for identification. The terms and conditions of the consent terms are legal and valid.

Learned counsel for the wife submits that in paragraph 7 on page 5 of the consent terms the husband has agreed to cover the wife under mediclaim policy during her life time. However, the policy amount is not agreed in the consent terms. She therefore submits that the amount of mediclaim policy may be recorded in the order.

Petitioner-husband who has joined through video conference submits that he would secure a mediclaim policy for the wife for a minimum amount of Rs.10,00,000/- by way of existing corporate policy, if can be renewed, or an independent policy. The statement made on behalf of the petitioner-husband is accepted as an undertaking to this

court.

Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

I find it appropriate to record appreciation for the assistance
