This application is filed for condonation of delay of 13 days caused in filing interim application for restoration of the Civil Revision Application. Since, office objections were not removed, conditional order dated 5^th September 2023 passed by the learned Registrar(Judicial-II) operated and the registration of the Civil Revision Application stood refused and Civil Revision Application stood dismissed.

Perusal of the record of the Civil Revision Application indicates that none had appeared on behalf of the respondent when conditional order was passed. I have perused the application. For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned in filing Interim Application. Hence, Interim Application No. 1693 of 2024 is allowed.

INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 1695 OF 2024

Delay in filing present application is condoned by a separate order. This application is for restoration of the Civil Revision Application which was dismissed for non removal of the office objections. Learned advocate for the applicant states that all office objections will be removed in four weeks from today. Subject to the applicant removing all office objections within a period of four weeks from today, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

It is clarified that if the office objections are not removed within four weeks from today, the present application will stand dismissed without reference to the court. If the objections are removed and the Civil Revision Application is restored, the same to be listed for admission on 7^th May 2024.
