against Respondent No.1 to deposit all the arrears of
compensation and continue to deposit the same in court till
the suit is finally heard and decided.
2. From the record it is seen that since 7th June, 2019
the Petitioner has not been remaining present and the
matter has been adjourned from time to time ending with
order dated 11th October, 2019, which stood over the matter
to 15th November, 2019.
3. Even today none appears for the Petitioner.
