2.Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the
petitioner to take recourse to the alternate remedy of preferring an
appeal before the DRT. The time consumed in prosecuting this petition
shall be taken in to consideration in case if the issue of limitation crops
up. Ad-interim order passed by this court, shall be effective for a period
of eight weeks from today.
