1 The Petitioners pray that the Committee for the removal of anomalies in the pay fixation of senior pay scale be constituted and the salaries of the Petitioners be increased by 22% as per the Chattopadhyay Scale under the 7^th Pay Commission.

2 The learned Counsel refers to the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Aurangabad dated 10 February 2023 in Writ Petition No.11518 of 2022.

3 A statement was made in the said Writ Petition on behalf of the Respondent-State by the learned AGP appearing therein that the decision was taken on 10 January 2023 by the State Cabinet to publish the second part of 7^th Pay Commission and the minutes were confirmed on 31 January 2023 and is also observed that the authorities would look in to the grievance of the Petitioners on or before 30 June 2023.

idem that the present Petitioners are similarly situated as the Petitioners in Writ Petition No.11518 of 2022 decided under judgment dated 10 February 2023. The Petitioners also may approach the Committee for the removal of anomalies in the pay fixation of senior pay scale (Chattopadhyay Scale) under the 7^th Pay Commission as is observed in the aforesaid order. With these observations, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
