Pursuant to the order dated 17.12.2019, the petitioner by filing an additional affidavit has suggested the names of five doctors whose names could be considered for constituting the Committee for reviving and running the multi specialty hospital. The intervenor, who has filed Civil Application No.1735 of 2019 has also suggested names of doctors for being included in the Committee. The respondents have, however, not suggested any such names. The respondent Nos.1,3 and 4 represented by Shri.D.P. Thakare, learned Additional Government Pleader as well as respondent No.5 represented by the learned counsel Shri. Girish Kunte and respondent No.6 represented by the learned counsel Ms.S.S.Jachak, shall also submit names of such doctors as contemplated by the order dated 17.12.2019 to enable

the formation of the Committee for reviving and running the multi specialty hospital. The same be done within a period of three weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the parties inform that hearing in the appeal that was filed under Section 108-A of the Nagpur Improvement Trust Act, 1936 was concluded on 11.07.2023 and the final order is awaited thereon.
