states that an Application has been made on behalf of Respondent Nos.1
and 2 soon after the Consent Terms were entered into. Mr.Tamboli
states by this evening a copy of the Application will be E-mailed to the
advocate for Applicants/Appellants. Mr.Tamboli further states that the
Chartered Accountant has informed Respondent Nos.1 and 2 the
certificate, all going well, should be available from the department
before the end of this month.
