1 On 19/6/2023, the appellant was admitted to interim protection, since he was apprehending his arrest in C.R.No.233/2023 registered with Baramati police station, Pune (Rural), which invoke offence punishable u/s.354A IPC and Sections 3(1)(w)(i), 3(1)(w)(ii), and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
2 The complainant is represented by Mr.Gite who is appointed by the Legal Aid Authority.
Heard the respective counsel as well as the learned APP for the State, and perused the complaint lodged by the respondent no.2, which resulted in registration of the subject C.R.
