In the event of arrest of Ashok Himmatlal Miyani, applicant in ABA/352/2023 and Karmavir Gangasingh Rajpurohit, applicant in ABA/424/2023, in CR No.19 of 2023, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount, each.
