The first informant and the applicants in ABA/352/2023 and ABA/424/2023 are present in Court. They admit the contents of the Consent Terms and execution thereof. It appears that the parties have voluntarily executed the Consent Terms. The parties are identified by their respective Advocates.

In the event of arrest of Ashok Himmatlal Miyani and Tejas Ramesh Ashar, applicants in ABA/352/2023 and Karmavir Gangasingh Rajpurohit, applicant in ABA/424/2023, in CR No.19 of 2023, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount, each.

The applicants shall cooperate with the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed.
