learned Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation.
2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions,
submits that the Petitioner would make a detailed representation to the
Respondent-Corporation with regard to the demand made by the
Respondent-Corporation. The said representation shall be made within ten

days from today. If such representation is made, the Respondent-
Corporation shall take decision on the said representation on its on merits
and in accordance with the law expeditiously.
3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
4.In view of disposal of the present Writ Petition, the Civil
Application does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
