The original Petitioner is seeking direction in respect of the plots purchased by the Applicants.

2 We have heard the learned Counsel for the original Petitioner. Considering the fact that the Applicants also would be interested in the subject matter, the Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The Interim Applications stand disposed of.

3 The Applicants shall be added as Respondent Nos.6 and 7 in the Writ Petition.

4 The Respondents shall file their affidavit within three weeks from today and serve a copy upon the Advocate for the Petitioner.

5 Liberty granted to the Petitioner to file Rejoinder, if the Petitioner so desires.

6 The Corporation shall also file their Affidavit within three weeks from today.

7 Place the Writ Petition on 4^th January 2023.
