1.The learned counsel for petitioners
submits that, proposals are filed for grant of
Project Affected Person Certificates in June 2021.
The same are not decided by respondent no.3.

2.The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all
respondents.

3.In case, proposals of petitioners for
issuance of Project Affected Person Certificates
are pending with respondent no.3 and if respondent
no.3 is competent to decide it, respondent no.3
shall take decision upon the said on its own
merits, in accordance with law and policy,
preferably within a period of six (06) months from
today.

4.Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
