In the complaint she narrated, that she was residing on the address given by her in the complaint alongwith her mother and brother, her father having been espired 13 years back. Her mother was suffering from HIV for last 7 years and taking treatment in Sion Hospital at the hands of the present applicant, who was working there. According to her narration, in January 2018, the applicant established contact with her on the mobile phone of her mother and though she turned down the request at that time, she became friendly with the applicant, who espressed his liking towards her. On 08/11/2018, she was asked to come to his clinic as it was her birthday and a Ola cab was booked for her. She reached at his clinic at 11 o’clock and purchased clothes and cake for her. Thereafter, they proceeded to an Apartment in Chunabhatti, where he had arranged the celebration for her. Her drink was spiked and she felt giddy and when she came to her senses, she found herself on the bed and the applicant was talking on phone. When she attended the washroom, she could feel burning sensation while passing urine and when she complained to the applicant, he gave her some medicine and told her that it might be on account of her menses . After 6 days, the applicant again invited her to his house, as he was throwing a party on receipt of degree and once again a car was arranged for her. On reaching there, she found that none was
