appointment of petitioner as Shikshan Sevak (Page
No.30) is pending with respondent no.3, then
respondent no.3 shall decide the same on its own
merits, in accordance with law and policy,
expeditiously and preferably within a period of
four (04) months.
4.Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
