August 2020 from Jivti to Warora. Thereafter on 1 October 2020, the State Government stayed the order of transfer and cancelled the transfer by order dated 19 November 2020. This order dated 19 November 2020 was challenged by the Respondent No.4 before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The Tribunal allowed the Original Application and set aside the order dated 19 November 2020 and restored the order of transfer dated 10 August 2020.
