When this matter was called out, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that nothing survives in the present application for the reason that the Transfer Application no.1 of 2021 filed by the respondent-wife for transfer of the proceeding initiated by the applicant from the Court of Bandra to the Court of Vasco-da-Gama, Goa has already been allowed by order dated 29.6.2021 passed by this Court.
