This application has been pending in this Court since 2019. Last two dates of hearing i.e. 12th March, 2020 and 1st September, 2021, none appeared for the applicant. Learned APP, on instructions submitted that the applicant is released on bail 1st June, 2020. He produced the photocopy of the release certifcate issued by the jail authority. However, it is not clear whether the applicant has been granted temporary bail, or bail pending trial.
