This persuaded me to admit the application for interim protection, subject to the stipulation that they shall deposit the amount of Rs.2,57,000/- in this Court within a period of four weeks.
2 However, there is failure to deposit the said amount and the learned counsel Mr.Shivarkar make a statement to that effect. In such circumstances, interim protection in favour of the applicants stands vacated.
3 Mr.Taludkar i/b Mr.Shivarkar who is unable to attend the Court on account of personal difficulty, on the basis of instructions from his clients seek leave to withdraw the applications.
4 Applications are disposed of as withdrawn.
