Perused the office memorandum dated 20th
September 2020 which shows that department of
Central Public Works has taken a decision to implement
the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal in
respect of all the Junior Engineers who are similarly
situated. This subsequent development has rendered the
petition infructuous and it is dismissed as infructuous.
No costs.
