The petitioner received notice of hearing. However, the objection raised by the petitioner is not decided. The objection raised by the similarly situated persons is decided by the Deputy Director of Education.In that case, if the objection raised by the petitioner is pending with the respondent- Deputy Director of Education, then the Deputy Director of Education shall take decision upon it in accordance with law, preferably within three months.Writ petition disposed of.
