“ The Small Causes Court at Nagpur is directed to decide Regular Civil Suit No.174 of 2006 within a period of four weeks from today without entertaining any application for review. If any application is filed for grant of adjournment, even for small adjournment, costs of rs.5000/- for each adjournment will have to be paid by the party seeking adjournment.
Place this matter after four weeks to see the compliance.”

Thereafter, the matter was listed on 19-8-2019.
Today, none appears for the respondent.
We do not find that any purpose would be served by keeping this matter pending and we continue the order dated 19-7-2019 till the disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.174 of 2006.
