When learned counsel for the petitioner was addressing the court, learned APP has invited our attention to the order dated 12/07/2019 passed by the State Government putting the petitioner under 22 years category in clause 3(b) of 15/03/2010 guidelines. We take the order dated 12/07/2019 on record as Exh. “A”.
2 In view of this development, it is apparent that the prayers in the petition do not survive. Hence, keeping all the contentions of the petitioner open and with a liberty to him to take such steps as are open in law, we dispose of the petition.
