1] It is a time to terminate proceedings in the Writ Petition for the reason directions sought for in the benefit of differently-abled persons have been implemented in view of the various interim orders passed from time to time.
2] On 10th April 2019 it was recorded that all directions issued have been complied with save and except two. Firstly painting of coaches exclusively reserved for differently-abled persons to make the coaches distinctly identifiable and secondly installation of CCTV cameras.
3] The first of the two directions which needed compliance has been met fully by the Western Railways and substantially by the BGP. 1 of 2

Central Railways. All coaches for differently-abled persons in the trains run by Western Railways have been coloured distinctly. 130 out of 160 coaches earmarked for differently-abled persons have been coloured distinctly by the Central Railways and the process of distinctly colouring remaining 30 coaches is on.
4] As regards the installation of CCTV cameras, necessary decision has been taken by the Railway Board and RailTel Corporation has been assigned the necessary work.
5] The Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
