attend Goa in respect of criminal case filed against him.
Learned Counsel submits that respondent has been falsely
implicated in the criminal case. In this view of the matter, he

submits that he has no objection if the application is allowed in
terms of prayer clause (a). Application is accordingly allowed
in terms of prayer clause (a).
