1.Mr. Shelke, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner admits
the position that in view of the reply filed on behalf of the respondent –
the Education Officer (Secondary) Shri Laxman Sahebrao Pole, more
particularly the annexure to the affidavit-in-reply at Exh.“R-1”, the
order passed by this Court is now duly complied with and the grievance
of the petitioner no more survives.
2.In view of the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the
contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.
