Divisional Dairy Development Officer, Aurangabad shows that the order of this Court is duly complied with. The communication dated 10th August, 2019, annexed to the affidavit-in-reply as annexure 'R-3' shows that the petitioner joined the services in the Government Dairy Milk Scheme, Head Office Udgir and joined at Bhoom on 10th August, 2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts, nothing more survives in the contempt petition. The Contempt Petition is disposed of accordingly.
