Having perused the First Information Report, I am of the view that the applicant has made out a case for ad interim anticipatory bail. Hence, I pass following order:

ORDER

(i) Pending the present appeal, in the event of arrest of applicant-Jaikisan Gajanan Mohod, in connection with Crime No.355/2018 registered with Telhara Police Station, Taluka Telhara, District Akola for offences under Sections 354, 354-A, and 354-D read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 11(iv) and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and under Section 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)Act, 1989, the applicant be released on bail on he executing a P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.5000/with one solvent surety of the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the police station on 20.2.2019; 22.2.2019; 26.2.2019; 28.2.2019; 4.3.2019; 6.3.2019, and 8.3.2019 between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

(iii) The applicant shall extend full cooperation to Investigating Officer.

(iv) With this, the criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
