to April – 2017.

the petitioner has given an application with the
Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive

3.In case, the application of the petitioner
(Exhibit – G,Page No. 21) is pending with
respondent no. 1, then the respondent no. 1 shall
take decision upon it on its own merits, in
accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably
within a period of two (2) months.

4. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
