petitioners to provide 2% Special Backward Class
(SBC) reservation already stands served. In view
of the policy, 2% seats are provided for Special
Backward Class in the admission to the professional
courses.
2.In view of that, the purpose of the writ
petition stands served. Writ Petition disposed of.
Rule discharged. No costs.
