1 Having heard learned Counsel for petitioner and learned AGP for State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No. 2-Education Officer(Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Solapur to decide proposal dated 25/10/2016 sent by the Head Master of respondent No. 4-Sadhana Vidyalaya & Junior College Tawashi, Taluka Pandharpur, District Solapur regarding approval to the Petitioner's post as Shikshan Sevak(a copy of which is annexed at Exh. B page 31) as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

2 We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of
the matter and Respondent No. 2 shall decide the said representation independently, on its own merits and in accordance with law. All points and contentions of respective parties are kept open.
3 In order to enable respondent No. 2 to comply with this order, the Petitioner shall remain present before respondent No. 2 on 9/4/2018 alongwith a copy of the said proposal as well as a copy of this order.
4 The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
All concerned shall act upon the copy of this order duly authenticated by the Registry of this Court.
