Having heard learned counsel and learned AGP for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad – Solapur, to consider the proposal dated 3rd March, 2018 submitted by the respondent No.3 seeking approval to the petitioner's appointment to the post of Shikshan Sevak, a copy of which is annexed at “Exhibit - B”, page 26 as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.
