Having heard learned counsel and learned AGP for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.2 to consider the proposal dated 17th October, 2012, submitted by the respondent No.3-Management seeking approval to the petitioner's appointment to the post of Shikshan Sevak, a copy of which is annexed at “Exhibit - B”, page 25 as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.
