1 A preacipe has been filed for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 23-4-2018. In the said order the following to be added by the consent of the Learned Counsel for the parties:- “In view of the Consent Terms the FIR in question being C. R. No.53 of 2017 registered with the Hinjwadi Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 would stand quashed and set aside and consequently the proceedings being RCC No.1782 of 2017 pending on the file of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune would also stand set aside”.
2 The order to stand corrected accordingly. The parties to be furnished with the certified copy of the corrected order if applied for. The preacipe for speaking to the minutes of the order is accordingly disposed of.
