Shri. Pandurang Hari Patil Vs State of Maharashtra and Ors.

On 19^th September, 2017, Writ Petition was placed for orders before this Bench. This Court directed the applicant to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks failing which petition would stand dismissed without reference to the Court. The petitioner did not remove office objections and therefore, the petition was dismissed for non removal of office objections.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that he will remove all the office objections within a period of two weeks. Statement is accepted.

In view of the above, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). The delay is condoned. The Writ Petition is ordered to be restored subject to removal of office objection within two weeks from the date on which the order is uploaded.
