3 The applicant/accused after his conviction by the learned trial court has already been released on bail by this court. The only condition, so far as the present aspect is concerned, is to the effect that the applicant/accused shall not leave India without prior permission of this court.
4 In this view of the matter, I see no reason to refuse the
relief, as prayed in the present application. Therefore, the order:
