When this matter was on board on 9 June 2017 none appeared for the petitioner. It was made clear that if nobody turns up for the petitioner on the next date the matter would be dismissed. None appeared for the petitioner today when the matter was called out. Writ Petition No.8484/2006 is accordingly dismissed for default. Rule is discharged.
