Aurangabad in the case of Yogesh Bhika Choudhary Vs. The State of Maharashtra , Writ Petition No.3019 of 2016 .

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of all these Petitions by quashing the order by which petitioners have been directed to pay Nazrana on the valuation of the property as on the date of the order. Respondents shall charge Nazrana on the valuation of the property as on the date of the application.

With the aforesaid direction, all these Petitions stand disposed of.
