The dispute is between the brothers. It is informed that the brothers, the initial parties to the proceedings have expired. The learned counsel for the Appellants states that the heirs have not contacted the Advocate for considerable time and according to her instructions, the same is the position with the Respondents.

dismissed. Perhaps because of this reason and passage of time, the parties have lost interest in prosecution of the appeal. The appeal is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution. If the parties are desirous in prosecuting the appeal, they can make an application for restoration of the appeal, but within a reasonable period.
