Mr.M. Anil Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that, since the learned Counsel for the Respondent/Nagpur Improvement Trust has made a statement that, on account of it's abolition, the Nagpur Improvement Trust would not be charging half percent (0.5%) cess under Section 77 of the Nagpur Improvement Trust Act, 1936, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
