When the Court pointed out that unless there is deviation of the user of Gairan lands in terms of Government Resolution which is alleged to be in violation of the directions of the Apex Court, we are of the opinion there is no cause of action, Petitioners seek permission to withdraw. Accordingly Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the Public Interest Litigation.
