1] After the matter was argued for some time, Mr. Subhash Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the Additional Collector to dispose of Revision Petition bearing RTS/Appeal/56/2017 within some reasonable period.
2] Since, the request is reasonable, we direct the Additional Collector to dispose of the Revision Petition on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of an authenticated copy of this order.
3] We clarify that we have not examined the matter on merits and therefore, the Revisional Authority to decide the Revision Petition on its own merits and in accordance with law.
