Consent Terms be taken on record and the above Suit be disposed of in terms of the
Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for
identification. The Consent Terms are signed by Plaintiff No.2 for self and as
constituted attorney of Plaintiff No.1, Defendant No.1 and the newly added
Defendant No.2. The learned Advocates for the parties have also signed the Consent
Terms. The undertakings recorded in the Consent Terms are accepted. The Suit is
disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms, marked 'X'. Refund of Court Fees, if any,
as per rules. Notices of Motion Nos.1869 of 2015 and 79 of 2016 also stands disposed
of. Liberty to apply. The Court Receiver and the Prothonotary and Senior Master to
act on an ordinary copy of this order duly authenticated by the Associate of this Court.
