ORDER:
1. This is an application filed by the appellants/
original respondents No. 4 and 5 against the judgment
and award passed by Member Motor Accident Claims
Tribunal, Jalgaon, in M.A.C.P. No. 155/2010.
2. Learned counsel for the claimants submits that
the insurance company has already deposited 50% amount
of compensation awarded by the Member Motor Accident
Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon, before this Court.
3. This First Appeal is fled by the applicants/
original respondents No. 4 and 5. Learned counsel for
the applicants submits that the applicants/appellants
are ready to deposit 75% amount of compensation out of
50% amount as ordered by the Member Motor Accident
Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon, within a period of eight
weeks.

4. For the reasons stated in the application,
execution and operation of the impugned Award is stayed
on the aforesaid condition.
