Notice is given to the learned A.P.P. Learned A.P.P. Waives notice. Relief is claimed of returning the cash deposited of Rs. 1,00,000/- deposited by the present applicant accused as per the order made by this court of bail. He wants the return of that amount. In view of the nature of the offence, this court feels that he can be directed to give additional solvent surety of Rs.1,00,000/- and personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- and subject to that condition, the amount can be returned. So the application is allowed. The amount is to be returned to him subject to condition that he furnishes the solvent surety of Rs.1,00,000/- (one or more) and personal recognition bond of Rs.1,00,000/-.
