advocate Mr. Abhaykumar Apte who is on the panel of Advocates of the High Court Legal Services Committee, to represent the appellant in Cri. Appeal No. 944 of 2013.

3 The applicant has made one more prayer i.e. he be provided with paper-book to study the case. As far as this prayer is concerned, copies of the evidence must certainly have been given to the applicant during the course of the trial and after conviction the copy of the judgment must have been given to him. Now that the applicant is being represented by advocate Mr. Abhaykumar Apte and copies of all the papers will be made available to Mr. Abhaykumar Apte, we do not find any substance in this prayer i.e. to supply the copies of the same to the applicant and the said prayer is rejected.
