1 On the last date i.e. on 10.1.2017 we had directed the learned A.P.P. to inform the Superintendent of Nasik Road Central Prison where the applicant / appellant is lodged, to record his statement whether he wishes to engage another advocate or he desires that an advocate be appointed to represent him from the Legal Aid Panel. The applicant /

Hence, he has preferred the present application wherein he has prayed that an Advocate from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent him in the appeal. In view of the prayer made by the applicant, we appoint advocate Ms. Rohini Dandekar who is on the panel of Advocates of the High Court Legal Services Committee, to represent the appellant in the appeal. Appeal to be placed on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 27.2.2017.
